Find your rhythm and glide in classic style or sport-skate through the snowy landscape. 150 km of varied trails with interesting routes leading to Maria Alm or even Hochfilzen in the Biathlonghochburg await. The trails can easily be accessed just a few minutes from your accommodation. 

Cross-country skiing under clear, starry skies ....

... a possibility on the 6.4 or 4.5 km Ecking trail in Leogang. The trail starts and finishes at the Wachterwirt in Rosental. Part of the trail is lit until 22:00 hours every day and therefore offers all cross-country ski enthusiasts the possibility to enjoy the sport, even after sundown. Furthermore, access to this trail is just a 2 minute drive from your accommodation. The Ritzensee trail in neighbouring Saalfelden is a particular challenge for fit and ambitious skiers.  It leads through 2.5 km of varied terrain and is best suited for training purposes. Open daily until 22:00 hours and lit in the evening.
